Hi, my website www.stubstory.com is on some list and is being blocked by McAfee software. People can't get to it. I''ve done the site review page - and also submitted my site for at http://www.siteadvisor.com/userfeedback.html and am still waiting for feedback 3 days later (although the say I'd hear in 1 business day. I understand the need for these filters, just want to get my site on the good side of the list and move along.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Matt
I'm investigating, and will let you know if I find anything - probably tomorrow at the earliest, since it's nearly dawn here. I won't be able to do much more tonight.
Edit : All I see on the main SiteAdvisor page is a warning about "spamminess". SA counts the emails it receives after the test - maybe it got more than some expected number. But that by itself should only get you a Yellow rating, at most. The short-URL service blocks your site with a red high-risk warning, which implies something a bit more serious. What it is seems to be in the "Reputation" field, which needs some more investigation. Tomorrow.

In February, my site had been hacked and apparently used in a phishing scam. I had to remove files but apparently some damage had been done to my repuation. I have since cleared this up, switched web hosts away from go daddy and established a good reputation with the web of trust, have no negatives on phishtank or any other phishing sites I've lerned about.
I hope this background info gives you a headstart - and truly appreciate the help. Please let me know if their is anything (and I mean it) that I can do.

Hi Hayton - how was you Easter? I've no doubt that the holiday took precendence over anything else, but am hoping that you can steer me in the right direction on my problem, or give me something that will empower me to move toward a resolution.
Any thoughts, phone #'s emails, steps I can take etc would be appreciated? As a volunteer moderator - do you have a "channel" to site advisor that can get a response, since I can't even get email verification from them that they've received my request to look into this formally?
Thanks in advance for the reply and help.
Matt
Reviewing outstanding cases. Glad to see this one is now okay. I'll mark the thread as Answered.
