Google Sponsored Results

Environment: O/S: SuSE Linux; Broswer: Mozilla Firefox; Site Advisor version: FirefoxExtention 26.5, build 6255.

When I use Google, there are often "Sponsored Links" on the right, as well as search results on the left. Site Adviser used to rate both. Now, for some reason, it rates the search results, but not the sponsored links. I'm wondering what happened / why the change?

RE: Google Sponsored Results

It is working again! SiteAdvisor is rating sponsored results on Google.

Glad it's fixed. Someone must have read this thread, sorry it wasn't answered earlier.

RE: Google Sponsored Results

It is sometimes working, sometimes not working. Even on one search, it work on some pages (page 8, for example) and not work on other pages (page 1, for example).

I tried "people search", because it seems to be a search term that always has sponsored links.

I clicked on "view source" for the web page.

Here is a search result for Yahoo! on the left side:

<div><div class=g><!--m--><link rel="prefetch" href="http://people.yahoo.com/"><h2 class=r><a href="http://people.yahoo.com/" class=l onmousedown="return clk(this.href,'','','res','1','')">Yahoo! <b>People Search</b></a></h2><table border=0 cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0><tr><td class="j"><font size=-1><b>Search</b> by name to find address and phone number, or email.<br><span class=a><b>people</b>.yahoo.com/ - 15k - </span><nobr><a class=fl href="http://64.233.167.104/search?q=cache:RVxmO6tTe90J:people.yahoo.com/+people+search&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us&lr=lang_en">Cached</a> - <a class=fl href="/search?hl=en&safe=active&q=related:people.yahoo.com/">Similar pages</a></nobr></font><!--n--></td></tr></table></div>

Here is a "sponsored link" result for Net Detective, on the right side:

<font size=+0><a id=an5 href=/aclk?sa=l&ai=BIANobrSkR_KfBZymiAG1-LyOBpfI1SGT7NvJAur_7gSgwh4QBRgHKAg4AVC6-86y______8BYMme44mUpJgToAGt2I7-A8gBAdkDULjOEN5DWAjgAxA&num=7&q=http://orders.hdpublishing.net/cgi-bin/shop.cgi%3Fproduct%3DND%26affiliate%3D086403&sig=AGiWqtwVmxnUHnj4B9klZiwaWKMTNP6MxQ>Net Detective</a></font><br>Find Out The Truth About Anyone<br>Background Checks Driving Records<br><span class=a>www.NetDetective.com</span><br>

By the way, If I Google "netdetective", it appears in the search results, and SiteAdvisor gives it "red" :mad: rating.

By the way, sometimes there are additional sponsored results on the left size, above the search results. SiteAdvisor works with these.
