I haven't heard anything but they told us about one month and that was on June 24.

Now they are saying early August.   That's the last I heard.

As this update is taking a long time will it be compatible with the soon to be released Firefox 6,or will it be back to the drawing board again.

The whole purpose of this re-design was to make it so that future browser updates would have little effect.    The idea is to make it virtually independent of browser version.

This is important since Mozilla has decided on this 'rapid-fire' approach to browser releases.

Lets hope it does the job when finally released.

As you say Mozilla do seem to be churning Firefox updates out quick rapidly.

I guess we shall have to wait and see.  It shouldn't be too much longer I would hope.
