My site is getting a flase positive from Site Advisor (McAfee TrustedSource web reputation analysis found potential suspicious behavior on this site which may pose a security risk. Use with caution.)
www.UKiVPN.com
We've double-checked the site and it is clean. We can't get into the site owner comments because this site is 'hosted' and therefore we can't mess about with adding files to the root directory.
This problem has gone on for over a week with no response from the contact-us link. And it's killing business.
This is a mistake by McAfee, which they have failed to justify. As a small business it's killing us. Is there an independant arbitration service that we can contact or is this bound for court? What rights do we have as website provider falsly accused?
This tool has a lot of power to effectively close down a legitimate website. As such, there should be a responsible review process to false positives and correct them. We've had two people working full time on this for a week, making sure everything is clean, with no response from McAfee.
kevfirst - is your problem related to a web site rating, or vse/client side av? I think you posted on the wrong discussion?
Let us know and we will branch it if needed.
Can you also comment on what steps you have taken so far to resolve this? Who did you email, did you follow the instructions to get your site reviewed etc?

@kevfirst,
I have branched your thread out of Malware Discussions > Artemis to SiteAdvisor for better attention plus I renamed the thread.
Until someone spots this you have various avenues open to you to contact them and dispute your ratings.
