Fake WebAdvisor Pop-up? "Yikes! Your password isn't very strong."

Has anyone had the Pop-up banner that reads "Yikes! Your password isn't very strong."?  This pops up before I even enter my password, and it pops up on some sites every time (google), others never (my financial institution). All of my passwords are quite strong. So far, I've run Adwcleaner and Malwarebytes without successful removal.

Thanks!

It's not fake but it's at best badly worded.

Take no notice if you feel your password is strong enough and read here:
