Domain Blacklisted - TrustedSource Didn't Help

Hi everyone,

My website has been blacklisted by SiteAdvisor and I had customers contact me to warn me:
https://www.screencast.com/t/HoOUD03aJh

This applies for both the root domain and subdomains. I tried submitting a request through trustedsource.org but I got a reply less than an hour later with this:
====
Status:Reviewed
Initial categories: Spyware/Adware/Keyloggers,Internet Services
Post-review categories: Spyware/Adware,Internet Services

I have scanned the website with every imaginable tool out there, VirusTotal, Sucuri, hosts-file.net and none of them come with anything.

Our website is just a content writing service. That's it. No downloads, no ads, nothing like that so I'm just not sure why it's listed as adware/spyware.

I'm more than happy to work with Mcafee to resolve this, just want to know where the problem is.

Thank you so much!

TrustedSource Ticket ID 1955016 (Mcafee SaaS Web Protection, Spyware/Adware categorization) and 1955033 (Site Advisor, PUPs categorization)

Youssef

@Youssef

Seems the URL has been reviewed and reputation changed to "Minimal Risk". Please check and update us.

Maybe or maybe not as clicking on that link goes to a yellow warning address
