Does the SiteAdvisor block?

I remember a certain incident in the past, when I was redirected from a 'safe' (green) website, to a malicious one, where the SiteAdvisor screen popped up in red (and was made smaller). The SiteAdvisor did not block me from accessing that website.

I'm wondering if the current SiteAdvisor blocks or not, and how to override a block.

I have Virusscan Plus 2008, not the Internet Security Suite. That may make a difference.

Alright, can you please click on small downward arrow that is present and then click on the option which says disable. Now try to navigate to the page.
