Disabling Web Advisor pop up "We're scanning your download..."

I just downloaded McAfee last week and am running current updates. We use Google Chrome to run a cloud based software for our business. Each time we print a document from our software, it is a download. So every time, the banner pops up at the top that says "we're scanning your download just to be safe". It blocks the main browsing toolbar in my software window. This makes it VERY annoying. Is there any way to continue the scanning, but not have the notice pop up EVERY SINGLE TIME?? Any input would be so greatly appreciated, since this banner pops up sometimes 30 times a day for us!

Thank you!
