Hi,
I am a consumer using McAfee LiveSafe + Web Advisor, and I recently tried to download the Zen Studio .exe from this website: https://cronusmax.com/downloads/
I was prompted that the download is dangerous, and subsequently blocked.
I reached out to the supplier, who said this is a known problem, and documented in the manual as an issue with the encryption package they use: https://guide.cronusmax.com/help/troubleshooting#zen-studio-issues
My question is: is there a way to cross check with McAfee when a link is indeed a false positive? I don't really have the understanding either way, but it seems a little antithetical to have anti-virus protection and then ignore the message because a manual said to haha
Thanks
