Seven months is way too long for testing a site. Have you tried contacting SiteAdvisor about this? Information on how to get in touch is in https://community.mcafee.com/message/66185#66185

Okay, give them a couple of days to respond. If they haven't replied by Wednesday let us know.

Re: 7 Months and STILL Waiting

Yeup, Im seeing that now   Strange thing about this is my SiteAdvisor is still showing gray. My site has been tested and shows green. I viewed it in IE9 and shows green but with FireFox it's still gray.

Is there a plugin for FF or something. ? I reinstall the SiteAdvisor package, but it didn't help. Am I missing anything else ?

Re: 7 Months and STILL Waiting

Someone else was saying that the SiteAdvisor icon was greyed out and SA in Firefox wasn't working. All I can do is refer you to that thread, where I made a suggestion which might work (and which Mozilla themselves advise).

Re: 7 Months and STILL Waiting

It shows green on some sites, just not mine and a few others. It could possibly be a addon conflict .
