.tmp file and an alpha symbol filename which is 1.2gb

Hello everyone! I'm getting this .tmp folder with a file that is 1.2gb in my memory cards and USB flash drives. I tried directly scanning it with mcfee but it doesn't see it as a threat. So I tried to delete it and even shred it using mcafee, but when i refresh the page, it comes back again. I uploaded screenshots for everyone to see.

I need help deleting this permanently and remove the root cause of this virus if i am correct... Thanks in advance for the help!

Sorry, just spotted this as it was in the wrong spot.   Right-click the USB drive in Computer (My Computer in XP) and Format it.
