svchost.exe

hello,

i have a svchost.exe program  in tasklist processus tab which appears 5 times with uers system, local, network

when i search svchost.exe in mcafee, the search hits for "trojan virus" but the virusscan analyze does not detect  virus in this file

i am security center customer with 3 licences

my security center is up to date

the os problematic pc  is windows xp family edition version 2002 servivice pack 3

is this pc infected ?

I am not a product expert but I am somewhat familiar with this file. This is not malware. It's a critical system file that Windows uses to run different aspects of the OS. You'll see this on all computers.
