se ha producido un error inesperado durante el analisis

Hi:

McAffee internet was well installed, and everything was running for some weeks, but one day everything look as everything well, "Su equipo está protegido (no es necesaria ninguna acción)", what when you try to do the  Analisis manually  you can read "se produjo un problema inesperado durante el analisis. Haga clic en Aceptar para volver a la página Inicio e intente ejecutar de nuevo el análisis". And since then (3 months) I have paid for something that I don´t have. Of all the antivirus I have used this is the worse.

The Macffee Virtual technician said everything is ok.

When I tried to install again Macfee give my a message about can't acces to a adress memory

Hi Manuel

I've just installed McAfee Total Protection and I've found the same issue.

Have you already solved the problem or is it is solved yet?

Did you find support from McAfee?
