Jim I would persevere with Support but stick with one problem at a time - stick with the printer issue.
Support tend to give each problem a separate support number. It would be wonderful if there was a fix-all other than uninstall/MCPR/reboot/reinstall but there isn't.

I switched to norton. I am actually able to scan my hard drives, and in 2-3 days instead of what I estimated to be 18. plus, the norton 360 disc is bootable for scanning/cleaning.
