empty windows system 32 screens popup and disappear

empty windows system 32 screens popup and disappear

this is a new laptop. i had no software or hardware trouble with this laptop so that would be strange.

i also read i could be a virus/malware but i have mcafee total protection so that should not be possible.

on my previous laptop i had hardware trouble; bios not updating it self so than once in a while the laptop came in bios and you could'nt get out so i had to update the bios with a usb stick with an update i got/downloaden from an other computer. the laptop never became a 100% again. than those empty system 32 popups began. I use onedrive. it installed automaticly on the new laptop the could info from my onedrive acount. I chose not to copy the settings etc from my other laptop. I wonder could it be possible it copied it anyway and i have 'fantom" popup screens? What should I do?

i have no screenshots because the screens pop up 1 second and i do not know when they come.
