Whenever I click on this, nothing happens.
You would have to be logged in as an Administrator to do it.
Clicking that should open a new window where you can turn it off for a specified time.
Run the Virtual Technician to check the software for any problems and fix anything it indicates may be wrong.
Also on that page you'll see a link to Contact Support. If the above doesn't work, use that to contact Technical Support, it's free.
