What's the best way to submit non-PE virus samples and false positive samples?

Hi,

I always follow the instructions in this article to submit virus samples to McAfee. I discover that McAfee can process PE virus samples (*.exe, *.dll, and so on) automatically and send me an automatic analysis report soon after submission.

However, when it comes to non-PE samples (such as  *.doc, *.js, *.ps1, *.jar and so on), McAfee won't send me an automatic analysis report after submission and the samples I submitted can't be detected even after one to two working days. I think McAfee may fail to receive and process my non-PE submission.

So, what's the best way to submit non-PE virus samples to McAfee?

Another question is what the best way to submit FP sample is. I've submitted many FP samples to McAfee but the Virus Lab has never responded to my submission. As a result, the FP issues haven't been resolved.
