Unresolved threat identified at location C:\Windows\System32\drivers\netfilter2.sys requires me to get in touch with support team. Is this message the way to do that?
p.s. massively unimpressed that:
1. I need a separate log in for support, apart from the one used for my Premium subscription,
2. having to then ask if I've stumbled on the right process and forum to "get in touch",
3. the turgid, complex and confusing path to asking the question.
Support should be accessible, rather than requiring 15 minutes of searching and typing: why can't McAfee provide a direct link to the area concerned, or even just to the forum?

sfc opens and immediately closes, even as administrator
From the command prompt, attempt to run sfc /scannow returns "You must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfc utility."
I'll be out of touch for possibly a week...

I cannot nominate a "convenient date & time with(in) a 48 hours' time slot" for several months yet.
Hopefully, you'll devote the intervening months to removing the functionality problem that requires this level of intervention to resolve.
