In Win 10 security centre I have two instances of McAfee VirusScan (and also of Firewall).
Have tried uninstalling, plus using the removal tool, reboot and reinstall
Have tried a reinstall of Windows (keeping personal files and apps)
Would appreciate other ideas

Please let us know the McAfee product name and its version on the computer.
If there are any pending windows updates, please update and check.

Windows is fully up to date

I see it as well both Virusscan and firewall are repeated twice. Maybe a windows reporting bug but not a big issue as far as I see as both are working fine.
