You mean uninstall rather than delete I hope.  Off the top of my head I would say try to delete it in Safe Mode perhaps?  But really you should be asking Safer Networking who make the software http://www.safer-networking.org/en/support/index.html or post on their forums:  http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4

Re: Spybot

You should be able to post.   Sorry but only Spybot or the Safe Networking forums can help you with this, not us.  It would help you to use a Google Search for Uninstall Spybot Search and Destroy.

This page comes up http://www.safer-networking.org/en/howto/uninstall.html

You must post on their forums for support, I am sorry.

The only thing we warn people here is never use the Teatimer part of Spybot as it will screw up your system by interfering with other security software.

You need to post here:  http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4

Look for the New Thread button on the left halfway down the page:
