Slow scan and Unresolved threat

Good day.

I have 2 problems with Mcafee.

1. The full computer scan is very slow, sometimes taking a full day, sometimes more.
So very slow, I never had something like this even in the Win95 days.
I am running Win10 i9 32GB RAM, So it shouldn't be like that.

2. I have a message saying :

Contact us to resolve a threat we found.

We found a stubborn Virus or Trojan. Don't worry - our support team can help you resolve them.

I have contacted them 1-2 months ago when I noticed this, the person didnt help, at all. 

Was told we are aware and ignore it.... how can you ignore a message like that?!?!

I've tried contacting them again, but the chat option is horrible, so slow to get a response, you are supposed to wait, and if between waiting they arrive and respond, they dont actually wait for you, they cut the chat.

I have the feeling they chat with multiple people at once.... 

So far I'm disappointed with mcaffe as a program and as a service.

Anyone here can help?
