After a recent update in late June or early July the "Shut Down My PC When No Threats Are Found" button is gone, I really do need this option back, come on McAfee you want customers to renew their subscriptions so some answers would be great. Is it coming back or not ?

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience as the shutdown option after scan is no longer present in the latest release.
McAfee is aware of this and we will keep you posted if the shutdown after scan option gets included in upcoming patch releases.
Thanks,

Thanks,
Are there any chances that this feature would be really included in the foreseeable future?
Thanks
See here I contacted my contact in Mcafee and was told this
I reinstalled using the link generated by the "Add Device" option. The install removes the current version and installs the latest, even if both are the same. I checked for any updates. I now have the "Shut down PC if no threats detected..." option again. Previously it wasn't there. I noticed the option "back" on a new install on another PC so tried this and it seems to have worked.
