Scan Time

I just finished running a full scan.  It came out clean,no problems found.  However where it shows the time and date of next scheduled scan the YEAR is WAY wrong.

July 21 1953....I have no other issues on my computer with time & dates.  Any clue what's going on?  Thanks

Re: Scan Time

If your computer clock is correct, both time and time-zone, then run the Virtual Technician to see if it repairs anything:  http://mvt.mcafee.com/

If that fails to work or doesn't help contact Technical Support via the link under Useful Links at the top of this page.

Re: Scan Time

thank you, I ran Virtual Tech and there were a couple of issues resolved and one that needs tech support.  looks like I'm on my way to getting this fixed.

also went to change the scheduled scan time and as soon  as I hit the 'apply' button it got rid of the 1953 date.  Thanks!

Re: Scan Time

So the clock issue is fixed?   It must have simply been an interface glitch.   Sometimes running it again will fix whatever the other is, but if you need Technical Support they are there for you.
