Scan Reset

I did a full scan on mcafee and got to 59% and then a popup from mcafee told me to close the app to update it even though i just updated it so i clicked it and i closed the app. Then when i went back on the app, the full scan reset. Do i have to scan again? Because 59% takes a really long time!

McAfee UI will get some timely updates if any that will either prompt if in use or will auto install. Please check whether the full scan shows in security history, if not we suggest you to re initiate to ensure that device is safe and protected.
