Risky Connections

A couple of times a day I get a warning from McAfee Virus Scan saying:

MCAFEE HAS BLOCKED YOUR PC FROM MAKING

A POTENTIALLY RISKY CONNECTION

IP ADDRESS  88.212.196.75     (this is not always the same)

PROGRAM:  GENERIC HOST PROCESS FOR WIN32 SERVICES

Does anyone know if this means my PC is trying to make the connection (which probably means I have a virus somewhere)?

Or is that IP Address trying to make a connection to my PC?

A McAfee Full Scan reveals no problems.

But I am experiencing some conflict between McAfee and Adobe Reader.  If McAfee is ON, Adobe Reader will not open.

If Real Time Scan is OFF, Adobe Reader works fine.
