Real time scanning problem

mcafee fix.JPGI press the turn real time scanning on button and it says real time scanning on. Then about 5 seconds later it says Warning real time scanning off and the turn on button appears again. How can I fix it so my real time scanning works?

This shouldn't have happened, please run the repair tool Diagnose and Repair and see if it helps

This shouldn't have happened, please run the repair tool Diagnose and Repair and see if it helps

Your suggestion didn't work. Here is a video of me using the thing you got me to download that was supposed to fix it. sorry for the bad quality.
