Hi there,
Real-Time Scan Provides protection in real time, as programs write to the drive. Whenever, a program is been used in the computer that takes some activity in the computer , real time scanner actively goes ahead and scans that file so as to proactively blocks any malicious items found. So, it doesnt really means that the real time scanner is enabled; because it was disabled!!
As long as your security center says that the computer is secure, you do need not to worry over the computer's security.
Cheers,
