After i installed the McAffe on my Win 8 Tablet, I can not fix "Real Time Scan " alert even I press "Turn on" command button. A second the alert is green but immediately the status is red again. And i am invited to turn it on again.

Same here this morning I have McAfee on two PCs both have issues with real time scanning and running a scan.
It has been installed on both PCs for some time
The hour changed today for BST is that the issue?
It won't run a scan on either PC just says an error has occurred
Having the wrong time can mess McAfee up so ensure the time setting and date is correct then....

Best for both of you to call support for your country. Try running MVT and see if it detects any issues Not sure re the tablet if it will work but the PCs should work

Make sure you have no other AV scanners installed they can clash. If you had 1 installed run its own removal tools as removing via windows control panel does not remove everything.
I logged the PC off then on - all is OK - if the error hadn't been on two PCs , that's what I would have done.

OK what version have you got now I wonder if you got the 14.0.339 update that is coming through and a restart was required.

no that didn't happen - I am on version 13.6.1492
Could have been an update that 14.0.339 had several fixes that were all version specific but I will out of interest check this.
Noved to VirusScan as a better spot.
