Problem with my McAfee app

Not certain why but as of this morning my McAfee app installed on my All-in-one will not scan for viruses, check for updates, etc https://9apps.ooo/. I attempted following instructions using the virtual assistant to Run McAfee Diagnose & Repair... does not work for me. The McAfee app on my laptop is working fine. I would appreciate suggestions for fixing the problem.
