Not certain why but as of this morning my McAfee app installed on my All-in-one will not scan for viruses, check for updates, etc. I attempted following instructions using the virtual assistant to Run McAfee Diagnose & Repair... does not work for me.
The McAfee app on my laptop is working fine.
I would appreciate suggestions for fixing the problem.

We request you to kindly let us know if you are using windows OS. If yes then, please check if your windows is up-to-date.
Also kindly perform uninstallation and re-installation of McAfee on your device.
