Did you get an email response back with the Work Item ID for the file submission? Having the Work Item ID or hash of the file will allow us to fetch the file to look at it.

Within the GetSusp tool preferences, you need to specify your email address. Please do so and re-submit to get an email response.

Check your junk or spam mail folder and especially your ISP's webmail interface as the message may have been trapped there.  I have unmarked this discussion as solved as it isn't really solved at all.
