McAfee Livesafe update problem

Hi to all, I've McAfee Livesafe Internet Security on Win 8.1.

A few weeks ago I reported a problem in update, the screen is always green, but McAfee isn't updated.

Before this weeks mcfee updates correctly.. now no longer..

With MVT I see that the DAT file isn't updated and also MTV isn't able to update. I've tryed to uninstall and reinstall all.. but nothing.. Also the support haven't help me, they are connected in the remote to my pc to do uninstall, clear, set, and reinstall all but nothing.. I do all the win 8.1 updates..

Someone can help me?

If so, I'm forced to uninstall and get an other antivirus..

Could you kindly furnish the Service Request Numbers of your instance? We can attempt to inform our Resident Forum Tech of what has thus been done so far. Quite possibly ,time allowing he can go over himself and assist.

Also, did you ask for your issues to be escalated?

  • Safe Connect VPN:  You will receive free, unlimited access to our VPN wireless on supported devices. Users not on auto-renewal have access to 500 MB/month of bandwidth.

  • Eligibility: McAfee® Identity Monitoring Service Essentials is available within active McAfee Total Protection and McAfee LiveSafe subscriptions with identity monitoring for up to 10 unique emails. Phone number monitoring is enabled upon activation of Automatic Renewal. Not all identity monitoring elements are available in all countries. See Product Terms of Service for more information. 
  • Your subscription is subject to our License Agreement and Privacy Notice. Product features may be added, changed or removed during the subscription term. Some features may require registration and a valid ID number to activate. See System Requirements for additional information.
