JTI/Suspect.131320!a5f4a655eb10 - False Positive

Jump to solution

Hi!

The information about this false positive was submitted by the form on the MAcfee website a few days ago, but I have not yet received a response.

I use a software that is on this site (https://www.bulltf.com.br/bullpro) and we can download the installer through this link (https://xpiprodstlrsbull001.blob.core.windows.net/shareddocs/versions/updatebullpro/BullPro.exe).

The software owen company has already said that the file is not infected and other antiviruses do not detect a problem.

How can I tell McAfee to check if it's a false positive issue?

I appreciate any support.

Was this a file you submitted or a website rating complaint.If a file if you zipped a file and sent it to McAfee you would have got an immediate reply with a submission number. If not you did something wrong.

Usually takes a few days to analyse. If it was the website excuse my mistake.

I have the same problem, I sent the form and I even received the email "Software submissions for trust and false prevention", but the problem persists.

Then something went wrong ie not zipped correctly with correct password or file too large.

Best to contact chat or support.

Ok saw your email was a request for whitelisting. They said yes done should be fixed on a couple of days.

@krishna55  is that correct
