Is there anyway to make McAfee ask me before deleting my files?

I'd prefer McAfee ask me what to do about a file rather than just delete the file automatically. Right now the only way I can prevent McAfee deleting files automatically is to turn the real-time scan off, which is something I prefer to be on. So is there anyway to make McAfee ask me before deleting my files? It is really frustrating when McAfee is deciding what to do rather than the user myself.

Nop , there's no way you can do that, well only if a file is detected as a PUP(potentially unwanted program) then you can allow it, but thats the only exception.

Hi,

You can change the setting from VA to quarantine or repair the file instead od deleting it.

Hope this will you.

Cheers
