1. I have removed an antivirus Mc Afee from my computer
2. I used other utility for removal of viruses - viruses which have been removed were revealed earlier by Mc Afee (you can see them in the list)

3. I installed an antivirus Mc Afee Total Protection using my account.
4. I have checked up work of an antivirus and have found out that Brandmauer (firewall) works incorrectly.
4.1 On a homepage of an antivirus it is visible that the Brandmauer (firewall) is switched on and works (picture 1), but when I pass to options of firewall, it is switched off (picture 2)
4.2 I press on the button to switch on - it is switched on and during the same moment is switched off.
I cannot understand that it for a problem and I can not change option of firewall ...

I could not receive the help in a chat because they could not understand language of the menu of an antivirus - Russian.
I could check up only a product with Technical Support for Home and Home Officeand receive result.
When you uninstalled McAfee did you then run the MCPR cleanup tool that I suggested earlier?
If not that could be the reason why things are not working.
If you didn't go through the uninstall, MCPR, reboot, reinstall from the account all over again.
