I have a HP All-in-one computer with Windows 7 Home and I have a malware that affects two browsers; Internet Explorer and Firefox. Curiously it did not for the moment affect Chrome. The question is that the browser is opened automatically and a lot of web pages in french are opened in different windows. I have tried with different antimalwares and antivirus and I could'nt remove the malware. Finally I bought The McAfee antivirus Plus but it did not solve the problem.
What can I do?
Anyone had the same problem or any idea to solve it?
Try running Mcafee and Malwarebytes in safe mode with networking.
Also run stinger and getsusp and see what they find. With getsusp add your email addy to the preferences.

Try the links I gave above first. Try them if they will run in safe mode as well.
re your question good question unfortunately I cannot answer that have you contacted support they may and I emphasise the may give you a free scan for three PCs. At least I hope they do. Ask support they only can say no.
