Full scan is not working properly

I have purchased 1 year total protection. It's been six months until I got a recent issue. Full scan doesn't complete, it get struck at 28 percentage and error message pops up saying something not right it's not you it's us.  


Please help. Reached out to your support but they said there is a problem about the full scan of mcafee. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
