McAfee cancella automaticamente programmi che considera Virus senza CHIEDERE NULLA!!!!

Ma stiamo scherzando?

Questa è un'ingerenza nel funzionamento dei PC altrui.

E ho bisogno di tale programma per il mio lavoro!!!

NON ESISTE che venga cancellato automaticamente!

NON rinnoverò il mio abbonamento a McAfee.

Ho mandato il file come descritto per un'analisi ma sono passati già 7 giorni.

McAfee sta bloccando il MIO lavoro senza alcuna autorizzazione.

Ok so you have what you consider a false positive detection. Did you send it as per

Did you get an immediate reply if not you sent it wrong. If you got a reply post the Analysis ID  number here and I will get a tech to look it up.

When you got the reply did you respond to it saying you think it is a false detection?

Ok I have downloaded the program (getsusp) to test and send that *false detection".

The problem remains. HOW can I send a file that is ALWAYS deleted by McAfee without my permission?

It's really incredible. An antivirus that is with a life of its own (asking nothing but simply doing things).

Im really angry.

OK I've done the full procedure and sent the file using McAfee GetSusp.

Response: C:\program files\Cain\Cain.exe is OK!

No suspicious file found.

THEN?

Try the email method I mentioned in the link I posted.  Be careful to follow the instructions though.

I have followed the instructions and sent the file by email but using a hotmail account cause the main account is blocked for ZIP files. I hope to receive an answer as soon as possible.

The reply should be within minutes if not the zip might not be password protected correctly. My replies are within seconds.
