I'm running a laptop with Windows 10. I downloaded VirusScan and copied the serial number it gave me. When I kicked off the .exe I got a window that requested the serial number. It runs for a while and then I get:
"Something isn't quite right.
Hmm, we were interrupted. Make sure you're online and try again."
I know I am online, but no matter how many times I re-enter the serial number I get the same window. I opened two tickets with support. One person told me the process doesn't require serial numbers (even though it does) and couldn't help me, and the other just couldn't help me at all.
Does anyone know what the problem is here?
