Renewal problem

Hi,

 

I made payment for renewal

But I don’t know it is renewed 

I am still getting renewal messages 

Could you please support?

We regret for the inconvenience caused.

McAfee wouldn't send messages for customers post renewal. However, kindly ensure McAfee software is up to date with the new expiry date after renewal. 

If the McAfee software is up to date with the new expiry date then probably could be spam messages. 

To recognize and report spam messages kindly click on the below link for more information.

I had to reset my computer after Windows 11 downloaded automatically.

Then McAfee thought my account was a free trial.

It says it is finished. However, we have a yearly renewal account due in May.

Is my computer still protected?
