McAFee Alert viewer not responding

Hi,

I am using Windows 11 and I have fully updated McAfee. 

Whenever started my Windows , a blank white alert viewer arising at the lower right corner and keep eating up my laptop memory.

I did not install any other virus program to solve this problem.  When I searched a solution from your community unfortunately I could not any solution.

I understood from McAfee community that REINSTALL of Mcafee is not solution. I am expecting a solution from McAfee.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. McAfee is currently investigating the cause. In the mean time we recommend you to follow the below steps and update us the outcome.

  • Open McAfee
  • Click My protection (4-Sqare box)
  • click on firewall
  • open Traffic controller
  • Select Smart access (Recommended)
  • Click Apply
  • Reboot the PC

Hi Krishnamanikandan KS,

 

I thank you, I think the problem is solved when I applied your recommended solution. After I reboot, there is no  white screen of the "MCafee Alert  viewer not responding". I am not sure whether come again,  because I don't know how can I verify it.
