true key wont launch for the first time

hi, I have mcafee internet security and it just popped up asking if I wanted to try true key, so I selected yes and downloaded it,

but when I try to launch it all it does is brings up the internet on the google page ???

sorry I'm not brilliant on the computer so any help would be very much appreciated.

Also when you open your McAfee Internet Security Interface/Navigation/Features/ does it show (TrueKey) as available?
