true key service status updates

I am totally disgusted that Mcafee DO not even email to say true key is down, nothing from Mcafee, no updates at all what so ever.  Worst service I've ever seen.

Can we get a support manager on here from mcafee to say what the hell is going on and why a product can be out of action for several days and no attempt to contact customers is even tried, you have our email address try sending updates out.

This is the third time in over a year truekey has died, its a huge bloody inconvenience, and no I'm not going to export my data to a csv file, when the entire bloody point of the product IS to SECURE user ID and passwords.  

and at one point, I could not even access truekey offline on ios OR pc - before some fool tries to say you can look at your info off line.

-Why are we getting no status emails when the service dies ?

from a pissed of customer.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. the server issue has been resolved from the backend. Please do check by logging in to your True key account and update us the status.
