So, 1.5 years later, I have the same issue. I do not see a way to change the "trusted email" in True Key, even though I was easily able to change my email in my McAfee account. I guess I need someone to do it for me....?

Change trusted email on a True Key account is not feasible.
What is possible though, is to export your data from your old account into your desktop (True Key settings- App settings- export data), once your data has been backed up, you can then import (True Key settings- import- True Key to True Key) to the newly created True Key account with the new email address.

This is disgusting I've provided proof of purchase and that everything belongs to me and you cant even simply change an old email address that's closing!! Well I won't be renewing my subscription next February and I'm closing my account obviously you don't care about your customers just their money!! 😲😠😡😠
