problem with NOIP.com

Truekey "asterisks" not showing in the username/password dialogue.

Enter username and password manually, get told by the login dialogue that the password is wrong.

Log out of truekey, and the the manual entry works fine.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

realise that auto-filling of the username and password does not always work, but in this case that fails BUT truekey also prevents manual entry.

Not clear why this should be?
