mobile app verification does not work

Hi, it appears there's a major bug on the app. I've been unable to log on for months-going on a year. I reset my password through the website. When I try to log in through the app it will show a pop-up stating this "You've sent an email verification. Check your email to grant access." I go to my email and hit "confirm," which then states "Great. Thanks for verifying." I go back on the app and it'll automatically shut down. No confirmation. No access. I'll have to do the process over but no matter how many times I do it, I cannot get access to my account through the app. Please help.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Kindly check and update if there is an update available for the True Key application installed on the device or uninstall and re-install the app. Check the issue status and if issue persists, please let us know the OS version of your mobile device and also the version McAfee True key installed.
