create a new profile

Hi.  

cant remember my master password and can't get it to reset.  haven't really used TrueKey in a while.

Would like to create new profile.  new email address, start over with passwords, etc.  but still have this associated with my main McAfee account so TrueKey is paid for.

Is this possible?  If so, can anyone point me in the general direction?  I can't seem to figure out how to do it.

I checked your True Key account under your gmail email address and the subscription there is not Premium anymore, probably it has expired.

As you probably know all the data and subscriptions details are unique to the account and if you start a new profile account you won't be able to move the subscription to the new one which I don't think is an issue anymore since it appears that the account you had has no Premium subscription.

Having said this, I think if you do have an active McAfee Live Safe account, you could obtain another Premium license for True Key, my suggestion would be reaching out to our support team that can assist you on retrieving the license so you could run it on a new True Key profile.
