I know that Edge has a built in feature option that you would clear/ delete all the cache including True Key info upon exit of the browser. Please check this and let me know if by any chance, this setting is enabled and you just need to turn it off to stop having the browser deleting the cache upon exiting it.
Went in to settings for Edge - turned off the 'Cached data and files' for exiting Edge.
No change - it asks for identity etc / sends email to confirm / says computer is not trusted / etc........,.
And I assume that it keeps asking you the same thing even after you authenticate yourself via the email that it sends to you, right?
The other possibility is within Windows 10, I have seen issues with the Insider Preview Windows 10 version, can you please confirm that this is not the version you are currently running?
THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS - WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!
1. THE WEB ADDRESS YOU GAVE IS INCORRECT - " www.true.com/download "
2. OK EASY ENOUGH TO FIND CORRECT ADDRESS - I HAVE UNINSTALLED TRUEKEY AND DOWNLOADED - THIS IS THE MESSAGE -
I REINSTALLED - SAME MESSAGE.
Not meaning to critique your choice of browser, but give Chrome with the Chrome extension a go, if you're having problems getting up and running. It will at least get you into your accounts.
