Version Numbers - Master Password Rest

Hi,

I found a blog from Truekey that shows how to do a master password reset, but one of my machines lacks that option.  Looking more closely, one machine has version 2.8.5711 and the other has 4.19.108.1.   When I check the Truekey extension version, they are both 2.8.5711.   Then I realised I had Truekey installed as a standalone app on one machine and not the other, and the machine that had Truekey installed as an app, had the password reset option, but not the one that just has the extension.

So I went to try and figure out how to install the full TK app on both PCs and am stuck.  It looks like the extension is now the only offering, and master passwords can not be reset at all.

Is that true?

thanks

Re: Version Numbers - Master Password Rest

You can download for the time being the True Key standalone app from this link: www.truekey.com/download

Thanks,

Marc D.
