Unable to purchase TrueKey Premium

I am one of those odd users who migrated from the old "Password Box" product to True Key, whose "Fremium" account has long expired. I am trying to upgrade to premium but I constantly get the error "We cannot access the feature you requested due to an unexpected error" when I try to confirm my payment.  I have emailed truekeysupport 10 days ago but never got a reply.

McAfee is aware of this issue and we are investigating this issue. We will update you immediately once we have a solution for this issue with True Key purchase. We will update you as soon as we have a solution.
